Included with your stay at Crotlieve
- Entire property at your disposal (maximum occupancy, including children, 8 persons).
- All heating, electricity, logs, kindling for the stove and gas for the BBQ.
- Welcome pack with breakfast essentials. All linen and towels.
- Secure off-road parking for 3 cars.
- Guided walking tours, The ancient trees of Kilbroney Park, or alternatively, The Ross Tour, (approx.. 2.5hrs).

From Rostrevor village, take the Hilltown road for 3 miles, passing the Holy Cross Abbey on the right.
Then, at Clerk fencing, turn immediately right onto Crotlieve lane. Follow the lane to No. 72 on the left, with conifer hedge, granite gate posts and red letter box, up the drive and to the left. GPS CO-ORDINATES |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Occupation of the property:
By You: Must be in writing and takes effect from the date received by us.
Charges: Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival = 100% of cost. 4-6 weeks prior to arrival = 80% of cost.
By Us: We will advise of any changes, find an alternative property, or offer a refund.
Check in: From 4.00 pm: Check out 11.00 am, If there are no departures or arrivals on that day, we can be flexible.
Occupation of the property:
- The building welcomes a maximum of 8 people (including children).
- Only the named guests are permitted in the property. Consent must be requested for additional day visitors.
- Parties are Not Allowed at the property.
- Guests are responsible for all personal possessions & insurances. We cannot accept any liability for loss.
- Please leave the property & cooking utensils As Found. Inordinate cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building, and with the close proximity of the forest care must be taken.
- On departure please strip the bed linen and towels and leave in the utility room.

- Pets are strictly not allowed in the building.
- However we have a garden house and run, with heat and light, so dogs can come along and enjoy the great walks with you.
- This may not be suitable for pampered pooches. Bring the dogs bed and food,
- And must be on their lead when out of the run. (£5 per dog per night).
