- Optional guided walking tour of the ancient trees of Kilbroney Park (aprox. 2.5hrs on level ground).
Directions to the property
From Rostrevor village, take the Hilltown road for 3 miles, pass the Holy Cross Abbey on the right. Then, at Clerk fencing, turn immediately right onto Crotlieve lane. Follow the lane to No.72 on the left. The property with conifer hedge, granite gate posts and red post box. The building is found up the drive and to the left.

Booking Terms and Conditions
To confirm your Booking: Complete our Freetobook booking form and include the 25% booking deposit. The balance of costs are then due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If not received in time, the booking may be cancelled.
Occupation of the property:
By You: Must be in writing and takes effect from the date received by us.
Charges: Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival = 100% of cost. 4-6 weeks prior to arrival = 80% of cost.
By Us: We will advise of any changes, find an alternative property, or offer a refund.
Check in: From 4.00 pm: Check out 11.00 am, If there are no departures or arrivals on that day, we can be flexible.
Occupation of the property:
- The building welcomes a maximum of 8 people (including children). Only the named guests are permitted in the property. Consent must be requested from the owners to welcome other day visitors.
- Parties are not allowed at the property.
- Guests are responsible for all personal possessions insurances. We cannot accept any liability for loss.
- The property and all cooking utensils must be left in the perfectly clean condition as found.
- We expect the property to be respected and to be left clean. If inordinate cleaning is required following your departure, additional costs will be deducted from your security deposit.
- On departure please strip the linen from the beds and leave in the utility room.

- Pets are strictly not allowed in the building.
- However we have a garden house and run, with heat and light, so dogs can come along and enjoy the great walks with you.
- This may not be suitable for pampered pooches. Bring the dogs bed and food.
- Dogs must be on their lead when out of the run and on the property. (£5 per dog per night).
