BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Lead Guest. The Lead Guest must be over 18 and must complete and sign the letting agreement. This must be sent to us at the time of booking. The Lead Guest will be responsible for making all payments due. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason. Booking. To confirm your booking, we require The completed booking form, the signed letting Agreement and a 25% booking deposit. We must receive the balance of costs 6 weeks prior to arrival, If Payment is not received by the date given we will treat the booking as cancelled. Your Contract. A binding contract comes into existence when your booking is confirmed by email (when you are booking 6 weeks or less before departure) and in all other cases when we dispatch our confirmation invoice. This contract is governed by Northern Ireland and English Law. Cancellations. By You. Cancellation must be in writing and takes effect from the date received by us. Cancellation charges become applicable: Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date – 100% of full cost. Between 2-4 weeks Prior to arrival date – 90% of full cost. Between 4-6 weeks prior to arrival date – 75% of full cost By Us.Any changes we will advise as soon as applicable. If we are forced to cancel the stay you have the choice of allowing us to find a suitable alternative property, or of accepting a full refund. Please note we are not liable for any consequential loss or expenditure resulting from cancellation. Insurance It is the Guests responsibility to ensure all personal possessions. We cannot accept any liability for theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Complaints. Complaints must be reported to the owners, If the problem cannot be rectified during your stay, you must write to us within 28 days of departure. Occupation of the property. Only the Named Guests are Permitted at the Property. You Must Not Exceed at any time the numbers of sleeping places, ie 8. + 2 child cot- bed, For any other day visitors you Must have prior consent from the owners. The owners or our representatives have the right at all times and will refuse access to the property for people who are Not named guests. Cleaning. All cooking utensils, i.e. cooker, pots, pans, oven dishes should be left in a Perfectly Clean Condition as they were on your arrival Racks are in rear drying area for all bikes and walking boots. if Additional Cleaning is required, cost will be Deducted from your Security Deposit. Pets. Sorry we no longer cater for pets at Crotlieve. Check in time. From 16.00 Hrs / 4.00 pm. We may be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no departures that day. Check out time. By 11.00 Hrs / 11.00 am. We can be a little flexible, provided that there are no imminent arrivals that day.
