To confirm your booking, we require The booking form and a 25% booking deposit. We must receive the balance of costs 6 weeks prior to arrival, If not received we will treat the booking as cancelled. A contract comes into existence when your booking is confirmed by email Cancellations. By You. Must be in writing and takes effect from the date received by us. Charges: Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival -100% of cost. 4-6 weeks prior to arrival - 90% of cost. By Us.We will advise of any changes , find an alternative property or offer a full refund. Please note we are Not liable for any loss resulting from cancellation. Insurance. It is the guests responsibility to insure all personal possessions. We cannot accept any liability for theft, loss or damage. Complaints. Report complaints to the owners, If not be rectified during your stay, please write to us within 28 days of departure.
Occupation of the property. Only the Named Guests are Permitted at the Property. You Must Not Exceed at any time the numbers of sleeping places, ie 8. + 2 child cot- bed, For any other day visitors or requests you Must have prior consent from the owners. The owners have the right at all times and will refuse access to the property for people who are Not named guests.
Cleaning. Please all cooking utensils, to be left in a Perfectly Clean Condition as on your arrival, additional cleaning costs will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Pets.
